本次创业48小时活动将面向东莞乃至大湾区有国际背景或国际视野的创业者，包括：归国留学生、侨界青年、港澳台青年、外国青年、大学生创业青年以及本土专业人士，应具备创新能力和高成长潜力，拥有知识产权且无产权纠纷、无不良记录，属于国家战略性新兴产业规划领域，本次参赛规模为200人。

创业项目征集方向:

本届赛事将以“智能制造方向”“生物科技与医疗健康”“绿色低碳与可持续发展”“新文科类项目”“人工智能项目”五大方向进行创业项目征集，具体要求如下：

This year’s competition will collect entrepreneurial projects mainly in the following five directions, and the specific requirements are as listed below: 

（1）智能制造方向 Intelligent Manufacturing

结合东莞“机器换人”战略，聚焦高端装备制造、精密制造、自动化生产线优化等领域，鼓励参赛者利用物联网、大数据、云计算等先进技术，推动制造业向智能化、网络化、服务化转型”级。

In combination with the Strategy of Substitution of human by machines, focusing on domains like high-end manufacturing, delicate manufacturing, optimization of auto-product lines, encouraging advanced techniques like Internet of Things, Big Data, Cloud Computing, pushing forward manufacturing industry to a direction of Intelligence, networking and servitization.

新工科类项目：大数据、云计算、人工智能、区块链、虚拟现实、智能制造、网络空间安全、机器人工程、 工业自动化、新材料等领域，符合新工科建设理念和要求的项目；

New engineering and technological directions are: Big Data, Cloud Computing, AI, Block Chain, Virtual Reality, Intelligent Manufacturing, Cyberspace Safety, Robot Engineering, Industrial Automation, New Materials, and others that fit the concepts and requirements of New Engineering and Technology.

新医科类项目：现代医疗技术、智能医疗设备、新药研发、健康康养、食药保健、智能医学、生物技术、 生物材料等领域，需符合新医科建设理念和要求的项目；

New Medical Science projects are: Modern medical Technology, Intelligent Medical Equipment, Drug R&D, Health and nutrition,  Food and medical care, Intelligent Medicine, BioTechnology, Biomaterials, and others that fit the concepts and requirements of new Medical Science and Technology.

（3）绿色低碳与可持续发展 Green, low carbonation and sustainability

在全球气候变化的背景下，绿色低碳与可持续发展成为重要议题。命题方向可以包括清洁能源（如太阳能、风能、氢能等）的应用与开发、节能减排技术、绿色建筑与智慧城市、循环经济模式等。鼓励创业者提出创新的解决方案，推动经济社会向低碳、环保、可持续的方向发展。

Under the background of global warming, the green concept of low carbon emission and sustainability have become the most important issues. Projects directions includes: the development and application of Clean Energy such as solar energy, wind energy and hydrogen energy, Energy Saving and Emission, Green Construction, Smart Cities, Circular Economy. It encourages entrepreneurs to propose new solutions and to push the social development towards the direct of low carbonation, environmental friendliness and sustainability.

新农科类项目：现代种业、智慧农业、智能农机装备、农业大数据、食品营养、休闲农业、森林康养、生态 修复、农业碳汇等领域，需符合新农科建设理念和要求的项目；

New Agriculture projects are：Modern Seeding, Smart Farming, Intelligent Farming Machine and Equipment, Agriculture Big Data, Food Science and Nutrition, Leisure Agriculture, Forest Rehabilitation, Ecological Rehabilitation, Agriculture Carbon Sink, and others that fit the background and requirements of Modern Agriculture Ideologies.

（4）新文科类项目 New Liberal Arts

文化教育、数字经济、金融科技、财经、法务、融媒体、翻译、旅游休闲、动漫、文创设计与开发、电子商务、物流、体育、非物质文化遗产保护、社会工作、家政服务、养老服务等领域，需符合新文科建设理念和要求的项目。

We collect projects as：Cultural Education, Numerical Economy, Financial Technology, Business, Laws and Legislation, Convergence Media, Translation, Tourism and Leisure, Animation, Cultural Creations, E-business, logistics, Sports and Games, Intangible Cultural Heritage Protection, Social Service, domestic service, Elderly Care Service, and others that fit the ideology and requirements of New Liberal Arts.

（5）人工智能方向 AI Direction

围绕智能制造升级、智慧城市构建、医疗健康智能化等应用场景，探索AI技术如何深度融入传统产业，提升生产效率与服务质量，同时关注AI伦理与隐私保护等前沿议题。

Surrounding by scenes like intelligent manufacturing upgrading, Smart cities Constructing and Medical care system building, it explores how the AI can merge into conventional industries to improve the production efficiency and service quality, meanwhile focusing on delicate issues like privacy protection and AI ethics.

“人工智能+”项目：聚焦于人工智能深度融合经济社会各领域发展、赋能千行百业智能化转型升级，需符合 “人工智能+”发展理念和要求的项目。

We collect AI+ projects like: Focusing on AI’s in depth merge with different aspects of social economy developments, empowering the intelligent upgrading of all industries, it may fit the background and requirements of Artificial Intelligence Plus.
