Terms of Sales for All Online Shops

  1. Ordering
    1. Orders of product(s) are subject to availability. When you place an order, we the operator of this shop will confirm receipt of your order by e-mail or other electronic means of contact provided by you. However, the order will only become legally binding when we confirm with you dispatch of the product(s). If we cannot fulfil your order for any reason, we will notify you as soon as we reasonably can.
    2. We will try to ensure that product details displayed on our shop webpages are accurate and up-to-date. However, any error or omission in any information on our shop webpages, or in any other communications or documents issued by us, may be corrected without any liability on our part. You will then be given the option of re-confirming your order at the correct price or cancelling your order.
    3. Images of product(s) on our shop webpages are intended as a guide and the actual product(s) may differ slightly. All weights and dimensions given are approximate.
  2. Payment
    1. We only accept cash payment or other payment methods as agreed between you and us.
    2. The prices shown do not include the delivery fee, which, if any, will be added to your total order price.
  3. Delivery
    1. We will endeavour to deliver the product(s) as soon as possible after confirmation of your order. However, we cannot accept responsibility for any loss or damage caused by any delay in delivering the product(s). We will try to keep you informed in the event of any delay.
    2. Delivery will be done in a way agreed between you and us. As soon as the product(s) is/are received by you with payment settled, you become the owner of those product(s) and all risks will be passed to you. This means that you will be solely liable for any subsequent damage, loss or destruction to the product(s).
  4. Exchange and Return
    1. If your item(s) is/are damaged upon delivery or defective, you may request for an exchange within 7 days upon receipt of the product(s).
    2. All sales are final.
  5. Personal Data Privacy

    We may collect and process your personal information when you purchase a product/service from us or make a sales enquiry. Such information will be used for providing your requested service only. All information collected will be discarded once the service is completed and will not be shared with any third parties.

  6. Changes of Terms

    We may make changes to the terms without prior notice. Any changes to the terms will apply to all new orders placed after such changes are posted on webpages of this shop.
