EdUHK Students & Alumni A total of $800 per stall if application is accepted by the Organiser, including non-refundable Participation Fee of $400 and refundable Deposit of $400.  Deposit is redeemable upon meeting all requirements specified in paragraph 7 of the attached “Guidelines for EdUHK Student and Alumni Participants”. Recognition for EdUHK students

  • Upon completing their business at the Student Fair, all EdUHK students attending the training and running a stall will have their ELAT hours counted.

  • Originality of products and services (40%)
  • Innovation in operational model and marketing strategies (40%)
  • Organisation skills and team building (10%)
  • Presentation (5%)
  • Reasonable profit prediction (5%)
 $2,000 book coupon and an award certificate
The Best Stall Design 最佳攤位設計


(For EdUHK student teams only 只限教大學生圑隊)

 Judging by (a) Judging Panel comprised of the Library and Academic Staff (50%) and (b) Voting by all visitors (50%) based on the following criteria:

  • Creativity in naming of stall (by Judging Panel) (5%)
  • Overall design, theme and decoration of stall (by Judging Panel) (45%)
  • Voting by all visitors by 3pm, 8 February 2026 (50%)
 $2,000 book coupon and an award certificate
The Most Popular Stall 最受歡迎攤位
(For stalls run by EdUHK students, alumni and schools只限由教大學生、校友及學校圑隊營運的攤位)		 Voting by all visitors (100%) – Each visitor can vote at most three favourite stalls. The stall receiving the highest votes as of 3pm, 8 February 2026 will be the winner. $2,000 book coupon and an award certificate
