The Centre for Entrepreneurship and Innovation Education (CEIE) is now inviting enthusiastic students to apply for the role of EI Ambassador, supporting our mission to promote entrepreneurial and innovative education across the EdUHK community.
This year, we are featuring an exclusive “Train the Trainer” opportunity. Selected ambassadors will receive special training to serve as facilitators for CEIE events, helping to guide participants, lead activities, and share their experience with fellow students.
Target
All EdUHK students are welcome to apply. Preference will be given to those who have actively participated in activities organised by CEIE.

Nature of Work
As an EI Ambassador, you will:
- Design and manage social media campaigns on platforms such as Instagram and LinkedIn to inspire fellow students about entrepreneurship
- Support the planning and execution of the “2027 Student Fair – EdUHK Lunar New Year Fair” at PMQ, Central in February 2027
- Assist with the organisation of competitions in Spring 2027
- Propose new projects to promote entrepreneurial skills on campus—your creativity and fresh perspectives will help shape CEIE’s future initiatives
- For selected ambassadors, serve as a facilitator for CEIE events after completing the “Train the Trainer” programme
Duration
September 2026 – June 2027
Training
EI Ambassadors will receive training in areas such as social media marketing, pitching, event management, and—exclusively this year—“Train the Trainer” skills to prepare selected ambassadors to facilitate CEIE activities.
Expected Learning Outcome(s)
EI Ambassadors will be able to:
- Develop creative thinking, problem-solving and communication skills to tackle challenges relevant to their future careers and everyday life
- Demonstrate entrepreneurial knowledge and skills required for the 21st century
- Strengthen their learning through practice
- Recognise the importance of lifelong learning and be able to plan and manage their own development towards self-determined goals
Incentives
- ELAT hours will be counted for all training attended as well as voluntary work in preparation and organisation of events
- i-Work hours for paid work required in executing CEIE activities
- A certificate of appreciation will be issued to EI Ambassadors with active participation by the end of the academic year
- Selected ambassadors will receive a “Train the Trainer” certificate upon completion of the facilitator training
